The Legacy of the Twins Platoon

Sauro and Sideth met by chance and became friends, through sharing their historical experiences. Sideth lived his childhood years in Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge. What he reveals to his sons in his memoir is something every American should read. Click on the photo to get to the book on Amazon.

Major General James Livingston (USMC Ret.) was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his actions in combat during the Vietnam War. The book details his remarkable life and military career. The remarkable story behind the sketch "Anguish" drawn by Twins Platoon member Bruce Sommer is written about in the book. Bruce's now famous sketch reveals the feelings of anguish most Vietnam Veterans experienced after serving their country.
